The title matters less than what you have built and run\n\nDepth in cloud infrastructure: Kubernetes, networking and infrastructure as code in production\n\nExperience improving developer experience is a strong plus, and an interest in security or observability is a welcome extra\n\nTime at a startup or scale-up, where you owned problems from start to finish\n\nConfidence to make calls, explain them clearly and push back when something looks wrong\n\nCuriosity across clouds and tools. We care more about how quickly you learn than which provider you know best\n\nExperience in regulated environments such as fintech, payments or identity is a plus\n\nOur platform runs on AWS and Kubernetes with Terraform, Postgres and RabbitMQ, alongside a Node.js and TypeScript product stack built on event sourcing.
