This role operates out of a satellite location and requires a high level of independence, organization, and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing their schedule, preparing materials in advance, and representing Duncan-Parnell professionally in the field.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall several types of signs in the Atlanta/Norcross area, with local travel as required\nRepresent Duncan-Parnell professionally during on-site customer interactions\nSafely and efficiently operate tools and equipment\nMaintain and organize the Atlanta satellite storage space, including receiving shipments from the Charlotte hub and ensuring materials are secure and job-ready\nTroubleshoot and resolve installation issues\nInterpret maps, construction plans, and assembly instructions\nAdhere to standard operating procedures and job protocols\nPrepare for installations by reviewing scope, staging materials, and pre-assembly of signage at the satellite location to ensure jobs are ready for efficient delivery and installation\nReceive, verify, and stock incoming shipments\nDrive to and pick up signage from the Charlotte NC Hub as needed\nDocument completed installations with photos\nCommunicate proactively with the team on job status, scheduling and complete billing paperwork\nInstall exterior and interior signage, including posts, banners, acrylics, wayfinding signs, logos, and graphics\nOperate lifts (scissor, boom) as required\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma\nValid driver’s license with a safe driving record\nExperience in light construction, carpentry, fabrication, or signage\nCommitment to Duncan-Parnell’s mission\nCompetencies\nTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic\nMechanically inclined; proficient in carpentry, measurements, and tool use\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and troubleshoot\nSelf-motivated; able to work independently, manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines\nAbility to lift 75 plus pounds\nBenefits Include:\nMedical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance available\nMedical and dependent care FSA or HSA\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nPTO and Holidays\nPaid Parental Leave\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees in this position.
