A keen eye for detail, print production knowledge, and excellent file organization are essential.\nEssential Functions and Duties\nPrepare and finalize artwork for wide-format printing, packaging, and signage applications\nReview customer-supplied files and correct issues related to color, resolution, bleed, and layout\nPreflight and package print files for internal production or outsourced vendors\nCross-reference artwork with job specs and purchase orders to ensure accuracy\nCreate digital proofs for internal approval and client sign-off\nCommunicate file status, proof approvals, and production concerns with the sales and coordination teams\nUpdate the production job board with artwork completion and release timelines\nEnsure files are set up correctly for various production equipment (e.g., flatbed printers, cutters, routers)\nMaintain organized file systems and follow version control best practices\nPerform additional design or production tasks as assigned\nRequirements\n2 years of print experience\nMinimum of bachelor’s degree in design or related field\nProficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
