Review, analyze, and interpret records and documentation from various sources to identify unbilled units, resolve billing discrepancies, and support accurate processing of billing related information.\nService Authorization Tracking\nSystem Billing and ISP Goal Management\nBilling Accuracy and Compliance\nBilling Systems, Reports, and Documentation \nTraining\n What Makes You a Great Fit:\nMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required. \nTwo years of related experience required. \nAssociates or bachelor’s level accounting or bookkeeping degree preferred. \nExperience with, or knowledge of, Medicaid billing requirements, Notices of Action, and service authorizations preferred. \nMust be proficient at using a computer, Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications, and ability to quickly learn other software and computer systems as needed for completion of job duties. \nExperience using Workday, Kronos, Therap, and external platforms such as Indiana State and Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) portals highly preferred. \n We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
