This position is also responsible for personnel, program, coordination of services and supports and the maintenance of high quality service and supports to vendors, persons served and other stake holders.\nResponsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:\nTo assure that services are in compliance with licensure and regulation standards.\nTo assure the ongoing presence of choices in the participants’ lives.\nTo maintain responsibility for the management/supervision of all personnel in designated area of responsibility.\nTo participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for personnel.\nIn conjunction with the State Director or Director Designee, be responsible for the budgetary/fiscal components of the programs.\nTo assume a leadership role in the development and implementation of organizational philosophy, policies and procedures.\nTo promote a positive and professional attitude to others.\nEnsure compliance with licensing, certification and regulatory standards for all services provided under the assigned case load.\nHours:\nMust have a flexible schedule with the ability to be on call when needed. This includes weekends and odd hours\n What Makes You A Great Fit:\nBachelor’s degree in human services or related field\n5+ years prior experience providing support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental disabilities\n5+ years supervisory experience \nCandidate must possess sound decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, and flexible; and have prior management/supervisory experience.\n We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
