This position is also responsible to complete maintenance repairs as necessary.\nDuties include but are not limited to:\nEnsure residential homes, grounds, and property are well maintained and in good repair at all times\nParticipate in general maintenance planning and capital improvements planning\nCoordinate the maintenance and repair of Dungarvin's fleet of vehicles\nCoordinate and secure external vendors for skilled maintenance repairs\nensure an organized, responsible, and controlled manner of acquiring and maintaining all tools, equipment and keys belonging to the organization. \nEnsure maintenance documentation is completed and maintained for all repairs. \n What Makes You A Great Fit:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nTwo (2) years experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.\nMust possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.\nMust have good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as a team member.\nAppropriate transportation and basic tools required. \nAbility to be on call in evenings and weekends\n We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
