relevant thermocatalysis literature and techniques\nYour profile\nPhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a closely related field, with3-6 years of post-PhD experience in applied catalysis or industrial R&D\nStrong hands-on experimental background in thermocatalysis or closely related catalytic systems\nDemonstrated experience designing, executing, and iterating experiments under real-world constraints\nComfortable working in multidisciplinary teams spanning chemistry, AI, and automation\nApplied, delivery-oriented mindset paired with a high bar for scientific rigor\nClear communicator who can translate experimental results into decisions and next steps\nEnglish fluency, additional languages
