In this role, you will lead the site team, enforce strict HSE standards, deliver civil/structural works on schedule and within quality specifications, and manage technical reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead the site engineers, supervisors, foremen and labor on a daily basis. Plan daily and weekly work, assign tasks and track attendance. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, including Tier C contractors on subcontracted projects. Supervise civil and structural works: setting out, excavation, form-work, reinforcement, concrete, block-work and finishes. Check work against drawings, specifications and the approved method statements. Raise inspection requests, carry out quality checks and keep snag lists to close-out.
