This provides a challenging environment for people to drive change and ensure we embrace cyber and security challenges to protect and grow our business.\nWe are hiring a Cyber Security Architecture Manager who will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the cybersecurity architecture framework in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on managing the operational aspects of security architecture, leading team members, and collaborating with IT and business units to ensure robust protection of the company’s information assets.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the Cybersecurity Architecture Leader in developing and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture framework aligned with business goals and technology strategies.\nLead the design and implementation of security solutions and controls across various technology layers, including network, cloud, application, and data environments.\nCollaborate closely with IT and business units to integrate security requirements into technology architecture and project lifecycles.\nConduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments for new and existing systems, applications, and technologies.\nHelp define, enforce, and maintain security standards, guidelines, and best practices for secure development and deployment of IT systems and applications.\nManage and mentor cybersecurity architecture team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective team performance.\nCoordinate with cybersecurity operations to ensure security architectures are monitored and defended effectively against threats.\nSupport incident response activities by providing architectural insights and recommendations to mitigate and recover from security incidents.\nAssist in managing vendor relationships by evaluating security technologies and services, supporting contract negotiations, and overseeing service delivery in coordination with the Senior Manager.\nContribute to the preparation and management of the cybersecurity architecture budget and resource planning under the guidance of the Senior Manager.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.\nRelevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or equivalent.\nProven experience in cybersecurity architecture, ideally within retail or a related industry.\nSolid understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA).\nDemonstrated ability to design and implement security solutions across diverse technology layers.\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and mentor team members.\nAbility to translate business requirements into secure technology solutions.\nEffective at managing multiple priorities and workloads in a dynamic environment.\nDunnes Stores Competency Profile:\nTechnical/professional knowledge\nBuilding Relationships\nResults Orientation\nChange Advocate\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary\nComprehensive benefits package including our employee discount\nOpportunities for professional development and career progression\nA dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and growth\nIf this sounds like the job for you, please apply now!\nDunnes Stores is an equal opportunities employer\n\nCookie Policy\n\nBy creating an account, you consent to Dunnes Stores (and any third party acting on its behalf) using your personal information which Dunnes Stores receives during the account creation process.
