You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, supporting the delivery of insight-led work for some of the UK's leading FMCG brands while developing your commercial, analytical and relationship management skills.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nYou'll play an important role in helping clients turn customer understanding into action while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.\nSupport the delivery of client projects, presentations and recurring insight outputs.\nCoordinate client requests, actions and timelines to ensure work is delivered accurately and on schedule.\nAssist with analysing customer and category data to support recommendations and commercial discussions.\nBuild relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to support successful project delivery.\nContribute to identifying opportunities to improve client engagement and ways of working.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou'll bring curiosity, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in understanding customers and retail.\nClear communication and confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders.\nAnalytical thinking with an interest in turning data into meaningful recommendations.\nStrong organisation and attention to detail when managing competing priorities.\nRelationship-building capability and a collaborative approach to teamwork.\nA proactive mindset with the desire to learn, develop and take ownership.\nWhat You Can Expect From Us\nWe won't just meet your expectations.
