They provide the expertise, governance and operational support that help our business run effectively, ensuring our teams can deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, colleagues and partners across the globe.\nWhat we expect from you\n2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections (Credit Control).\nBachelor’s degree in commerce/ accounting or equivalent with a sound understanding of accounting principles.\nGood understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and collection activities.\nExperience managing 90-100 customer accounts with high-value portfolios and aged debt.\nHands-on experience in collections, dispute management, cash application, cash posting, customer invoicing portals, billing, and revenue processes.\nKnowledge of common dispute drivers, including PO, delivery, service, pricing, invoicing, portal, and payment-term-related issues.\nBasic understanding of Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).\nExperience working with invoicing platforms such as Tungsten, Ariba, and Coupa.\nExposure to UK customers/businesses preferred.\nSupport month-end activities, including cash posting and cash application, as required.\nKnowledge of collections across all aging buckets, from current to 365+ days overdue, with the ability to address aged debt issues.\nProficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and working knowledge of Oracle ERP.What You Can Expect From Us\nWe won't just meet your expectations.
