will support the wider L&D team across learning design, content development, learning technology, and learning operations, working closely with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nApply learning models, frameworks, and technologies to design effective, high-quality learning experiences\nCreate learning solutions for web-based learning, instructor-led and virtual workshops\nSupport the development of AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots \nSupport learning operations and coordination activities\nBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders\nEducation, Experience & Skills\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nExperience using learning and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, MS Office, Figma) and applying learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick\nExperience with LMS, LXP, and web-based learning platforms, with a basic understanding of APIs, system integrations\nExperience analysing learning feedback, data and reports to measure impact and drive continuous improvement\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities\nGood to have:\n\nExposure to chatbot development using Node.js and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)\nExposure to HTML-based course development\nIndia Benefits\nHealthcare & Family Cover: Group Medical Insurance
