This role will lead the retailer-facing relationship and help shape the account workplan from the ground up.\nWhat You'll Be Doing \nYou will own day-to-day retailer relationships, delivery priorities and value creation across the proposed account. \nOwn and develop relationships with retailer counterparts and expand stakeholder coverage across the value chain. \nCreate, manageand implement the retailer account plan, including agreed value delivery. \nSet and drive the client workplan so it remainsaligned to business priorities. \nIdentify opportunities to expand dunnhumby capabilities and support the sales process through tocontract. \nLead and manage the retail-facing team against account plans, renewalsand measurable return on investment. \nWhat We're Looking For \nYou'll bring retail client leadership, commercial thinking and the ability to turn customer priorities into coordinated delivery. \nExperience within retail and confidence engaging senior retail stakeholders. \nA track recordof creating commercial value through products and services. \nTeam leadership and development capability. \nAbility to connect retailer strategy, customer priorities and workplan delivery. \nStrong insight interpretation, stakeholder managementand storytelling skills. \nWhat You Can Expect From Us\nWe won't just meet your expectations.
