For brands like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo.\nTesco Media Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager & Team Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of high impact, CPG-funded campaigns across our full media portfolio, while providing day-to-day leadership and direction to a sub-team of Campaign Managers\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPerformance \nSupport the growth of the Tesco Media business by maximising revenue while adhering to agreed channel principles.\nDeliver best-in-class communications across all relevant CPG funded campaigns, on time and in line with the brief.\nLead relationships for specified categories and channels within your sub-team, improving ways of working to drive efficiency and strengthen collaboration with clients, Media Planning, Tesco and Global Media Operations\nExpertise and leadership\nAct as a subject-matter expert on our media portfolio, campaign guidelines and delivery processes, clearly communicating these to internal and external stakeholders.\nMaintain strong expertise in multi-channel campaign management and use it to resolve complex delivery challenges.\nProvide expert support to other markets as required.\nAct as a consultant on new media product development, ensuring operational requirements and delivery considerations are represented.\nPeople\nProvide day-to-day leadership for a sub-team of Campaign Managers, setting clear priorities, allocating work and ensuring effective resource planning across campaigns.\nCoach and develop Campaign Managers through regular feedback, knowledge sharing and support with complex campaigns and escalations.\nSupport performance and development conversations in partnership with the Campaign Management lead, where appropriate.\nWork closely with the wider team to deliver the overall objectives of Campaign Management and Global Media Operations.\nManage relationships with key stakeholders, including Media Planners, printers and installers, Tesco Marketing and Retail teams, Ad Ops, Production, Design and CPG clients.\nOwn relationships with print, installation and digital screen service providers, attending relevant internal, client and supplier meetings as required.\nHelp foster a culture of continuous improvement, change and efficiency across Campaign Management and Global Media Operations\nProcess\nOversee the end-to-end delivery of best-in-class campaigns across a range of media channels, stepping in to troubleshoot complex issues and manage escalations where required.\nMonitor delivery standards across the sub-team and recommend process improvements that increase quality, consistency and efficiency.\nTake a lead role in specified channel new ways of working (NWTs), ensuring media opportunities are understood and optimised.\nIdentify and implement tools and processes that deliver measurable time and cost savings.\nWhat you’ll need\nSignificant experience in campaign management, retail media, advertising, marketing operations or a comparable multi-channel delivery environment.\nProven experience leading, coaching or mentoring colleagues, with the confidence to set priorities and provide clear direction.\nStrong stakeholder and supplier management skills, with experience building effective relationships across clients, internal teams and external partners.\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, accounts and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused approach.\nA strong understanding of campaign governance, established processes and delivery best practice, alongside the judgement to recommend improvements.\nHighly organised, self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines\nWhat you can expect from us\n We won’t just meet your expectations.
