Depending on your background, experience, and interests, you may join us in one of the following roles:\nFull-Stack Engineer (.Rust / React)\nSaaS Platform / DevOps Engineer\nSite Reliability Engineer (SRE)\nDepending on the role, responsibilities may include:\n1. For Full-Stack Engineer (Rust / React)\nDesign and implement full-stack features using Rust on the backend and React on the frontend\nBuild secure APIs and corresponding UI components and workflows\nCollaborate with product and design to translate requirements into technical specifications\nEnsure quality through automated tests (backend + frontend)\nContribute to performance improvements both server-side and client-side\nWork closely with DevOps/SRE on deployment, logging and monitoring concerns\nParticipate in discussions on architecture, patterns and best practices\n2. For SaaS Platform / DevOps Engineer\nDesign, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines\nAutomate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform preferred)\nDeploy and operate Kubernetes-based environments\nSupport secure multi-region, multi-cloud deployments\nCollaborate with backend/SRE engineers to improve reliability\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions\nContribute to platform security hardening and compliance controls\n3. For Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)\nEnsure reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems\nDesign SLOs/SLIs and error-budget policies\nImplement observability (metrics, tracing, logging)\nBuild automation for incident detection and remediation\nConduct root-cause analysis and post-mortems\nWork closely with DevOps and backend teams on resilience engineering\nParticipate in on-call rotations (fair & compensated)\nRequirements\nQualifications and experience\nCore requirements (for all roles)\n3+ years of relevant experience (Full-Stack, DevOps/Platform, or SRE)\nStrong Linux fundamentals and production mindset\nExperience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines\nSolid understanding of cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)\nComfortable working in cross-functional teams\nOwnership mindset and strong sense of responsibility\nRole-specific requirements\n1. Full-Stack Engineer (Rust / React )\nStrong experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET (C#)\nSolid frontend experience with Angular (or React) and TypeScript\nGood understanding of REST API design and integration\nExperience with relational databases\nExperience writing automated tests\nNice to have:\nExposure to Rust or performance-critical components\nExperience in security- or privacy-focused products\nPersonal profile:\nEnd-to-end builder mindset\nPragmatic and quality-driven\n2. SaaS Platform / DevOps Engineer\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker\nExperience with Terraform or similar IaC tools\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines\nExperience operating cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)\nNice to have:\nSecurity/compliance background (CIS, SOC2)\nGitOps (ArgoCD, Flux)\nSecret management / KMS experience\nPersonal profile:\nAutomation-first mindset\nStructured and reliability-focused\n3.
