AI 辅助开发实践：具备 Vibe Coding（AI 协同编码）实战经验，能借助 AI 工具高效完成代码生成、调试与重构，并建立有效的结果验证机制以把控代码质量与可维护性。\n\n7. 需求管理与交付：与客户及业务方深入沟通需求，撰写需求规格说明书、技术方案及项目交付文档，确保项目按时保质交付。\n\n8. 配合完成公司交办的其他工作任务。\n\n二、任职资格\n\n（一）基本要求\n\n1. 学历与经验：计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业，专科及以上学历；3 年以上软件开发或数据分析经验，具备端到端开发能力。\n\n2. 编程语言：精通 Python，熟悉 JavaScript 及 Java 等主流语言，具备良好的代码规范、注释习惯和单元测试意识。\n\n3. 数据库能力：熟练编写 SQL，具备 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库的开发与调优经验。\n\n4. 全栈基础：了解前端页面搭建（HTML/CSS/JS 或主流框架）与后端服务开发，能够支撑低代码平台及自研应用的集成需求。\n\n（二）专业技能\n\n1. RPA 与自动化：熟悉主流 RPA 工具（如 UiPath、影刀、UiBot 等）或具备脚本级自动化（Python + Playwright/AutoIt 等）开发经验。\n\n2. 大数据分析与可视化：熟练使用 SmartBI、FineBI、Power BI 或 Tableau 等 BI 工具，具备数据分析建模与可视化大屏搭建能力。\n\n3. AI 智能体开发：熟悉智能体平台配置，具备 Skill 编写、提示词工程（Prompt Engineering）及智能体工作流（Agent Workflow）搭建的实际经验；能根据业务场景设计智能体逻辑，优化响应效果。\n\n4.
