Relationships, Advocate for All and Invest in You\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n Lead High-Priority (Tier 1) Projects: Drive high-priority, multi-departmental, and/or complex projects from discovery through project closure in accordance with organizational standards.\nDrive Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate engagement with executives, sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives and drive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop and Maintain Project Documentation: Create and manage project plans, communication strategies, and required artifacts in adherence to organizational standards.\nLead Change Management: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.\nManage Risks and Dependencies: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex risks and interdependencies across projects and programs.\nMentor Project Managers: Guide and coach project managers and matrixed team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing organizational project management capabilities.\nStrategic Resource Management: In collaboration with the Project Portfolio Manager, strategically coordinate project resources across departments to ensure resource availability and alignment with timelines and priorities.\nOversee Vendor Relationships: Lead vendor due diligence and monitor vendor performance during project.\nDeliver Comprehensive Reporting: Provide executive-level status updates, portfolio/program metrics, and performance insights to leadership and stakeholders.\nFoster Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews and lead initiatives to implement lessons learned to improve the execution of projects across the organization.\nStrategic Program Collaboration: Partner with strategic program leadership to execute strategic program objectives and contribute to strategic program planning initiatives.\nProvide quality service to members, potential members, and coworkers.\nDemonstrate teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers.\nPromote a professional image of the credit union at all times.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nYou’ll need:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n6+ years’ experience managing complex projects or equivalent experience.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred\nAdvanced project management skills with proven ability to manage cross-project dependencies.\nAdvanced facilitation skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to network with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage relationships to resolve complex project issues.\nAbility to analyze project management data and use it to prepare updates for stakeholders.\nExperience with project management applications (MS Project, Miro, Wrike, etc.).\nExperience using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
