The individual must also be able to lead both people and processes and have a passion for growing and developing team members.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for overseeing daily accounting function and monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including inventory and revenue management and financial analysis\nTreasury management-supervise full-cycle accounts payable, including review and approval of disbursements and preparation and review of working capital reports, including cash flow forecasts\nResponsible for preparing and reviewing sales commissions and other items which are critical for payroll processing\nAssist with operating financing facilities and banking arrangements, including, but not limited to, managing advances and repayments of loan facilities, and ensuring proper accounting and processes.\nReview and analyze financial results and prepare variance and other financial analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness for purposes of financial reporting\nAssist with the preparation of supporting schedules and other documentation to be utilized in preparing financial statements and related disclosures\nWork closely with external auditors to provide required supporting schedules and documentation and to address and resolve questions. Assist with updating and maintaining accounting policies, procedures and internal controls documentation\nCoordinate with the Tax team to ensure timely filings of all required federal/state/municipal income tax filings.
