You will manage a team of cloud engineers and work closely with product, security, and development teams to maintain our platform’s scalability and reliability.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing management of AWS infrastructure to support high-traffic luxury automotive sales operations.\nDefine and enforce best practices tailored for a premium, data-sensitive environment emphasizing security and compliance.\nOversee identity and access management (IAM), encryption standards, and adherence to privacy regulations critical for handling luxury customer data.\nManage infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.\nMonitor system health, performance, and security proactively to ensure uninterrupted service for a luxury clientele.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline application deployment, integrating with customer-facing and backend systems.\nOptimize cloud costs while maintaining top-tier performance and scalability.\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud infrastructure engineers with a focus on excellence and innovation.\nStay abreast of AWS service enhancements and emerging cloud technologies to continually elevate our platform’s capabilities.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nProven leadership experience managing AWS infrastructure, preferably in high-availability, customer-facing platforms.\nDeep expertise with AWS core services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch, Kubernetes and IAM.\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform).\nStrong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance with standards relevant to luxury consumer data (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).\nProficient in monitoring and logging tools.\nScripting skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent for automation.\nSolid understanding of networking concepts and cloud architecture.\nFamiliarity with container orchestration technologies such as EKS or Kubernetes is a plus.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skills suited for a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.\nRelevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect -
