and operational needs as the business grows.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSystem Administration\nAdminister and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment.\nManage roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations.\nMonitor system performance and ensure data integrity across the platform.\nFinancial System Support\nWork closely with Finance and Accounting teams to support core financial processes including:Procure-to-Pay (AP)\nOrder-to-Cash (AR)\nRevenue recognition\nIntercompany transactions\nMonth-end close processes\n\nTroubleshoot financial transaction issues and ensure correct system behavior.\nReporting & Data\nBuild and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboardsto support financial reporting and operational insights.\nSupport reporting requirements for Finance, leadership, and other business stakeholders.\nAssist with data extraction and integration needs for analytics and reporting tools.\nUser Support & Training\nProvide support to NetSuite users across Finance and operational teams.\nTroubleshoot issues related to transactions, workflows, permissions, and reporting.\nCreate documentation and provide training where needed.\nSystem Improvements\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency.\nSupport enhancements and configuration updates aligned with business needs.\nAssist with system testing and validation for new features or updates.\nIntegrations\nSupport integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (e.g., expense systems, CRM, reporting tools).\nWork with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot integration issues.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\n3-5+ years of NetSuite administration experience\nStrong understanding of financial and accounting processes\nExperience supporting Finance teams within an ERP environment\nExperience building saved searches, reports, and dashboards\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nPreferred\nNetSuite Administrator certification\nExperience supporting financial close processes\nExperience with NetSuite integrations or APIs\nExperience with reporting tools or data warehouses\nKey Skills\nNetSuite configuration and administration\nFinancial systems knowledge\nERP troubleshooting\nData analysis and reporting\nWorkflow and process
