You'll be prototyping directly with the latest models, experimenting, learning their capabilities, and uncovering powerful opportunities to push innovative UX to our customers.\nWhat we're looking for:\n6+ years of product design experience on shipped B2C products, with a portfolio you can speak to in depth\nComfortable producing in code or with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)\nFluent with the current generation of AI creative tooling (image gen, video gen, voice) and opinionated about where they're useful\nExperience designing AI or generative experiences: prompt interfaces, automated output, multi-modal interactions\nSystems thinking: design patterns and component libraries that scaled beyond the features you built them for\nBonus: you have an eye for exceptional brand design and motion and want to help us push the Durable brand further (in product and across marketing)\nBonus: startup experience or having launched something of your own\nFine print\nThis role is based in Vancouver. We currently work in-office two days per week on Mondays & Thursdays. \nCompensation is $190,000-$240,000 CAD base plus equity, for Vancouver-based candidates, depending on seniority.
