You will build automations that replace manual, ticket-driven tasks with reliable, repeatable, and auditable processes, delivered as self-service requests to the business.\nIdentify and prioritize manual Infrastructure Hosting tasks for automation, building on work already delivered in Azure and DevOps.\nDevelop automations as code and run them through Azure DevOps pipelines, applying engineering standards: version control, peer review, testing, secrets management, logging, and error handling.\nAutomate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of both Azure and on-premises components (for example servers, storage, and networking).\nIntegrate automations with ServiceNow so requests submitted through custom forms trigger the pipelines and return status to the requester; build the forms or partner with the ServiceNow team to deliver them.\nDocument automations and runbooks and enable infrastructure teams to use and support them.\nMonitor and improve automation reliability, performance, and security compliance.\nShare knowledge and contribute to team automation standards. \n Must-Have\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or automation.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage, identity, and governance).\nProficiency with Azure DevOps, including repositories, YAML pipelines, service connections, and agents.\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code and scripting (for example Terraform, Bicep/ARM, PowerShell, Python).\nExperience automating on-premises infrastructure (for example Windows/Linux servers, VMware, or storage) and hybrid connectivity to Azure.\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication for system-to-system integration.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\n\nNice-to-Have\nServiceNow development experience (Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Orchestration/IntegrationHub, REST integrations, custom forms).\nExperience with configuration management tools (for example Ansible, DSC).\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes, change management, and CMDB.\nAzure certifications (for example AZ-104, AZ-400).\n#LI-JJ1\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
