# Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica- Hybrid Segment: Global IT Direct Report To: Sr Manager Infrastructure Hosting Services We are looking for a Infrastructure Automation Engineer to automate the majority of our Infrastructure Hosting workload. You will build automations that replace manual, ticket-driven tasks with reliable, repeatable, and auditable processes, delivered as self-service requests to the business. Identify and prioritize manual Infrastructure Hosting tasks for automation, building on work already delivered in Azure and DevOps. Develop automations as code and run them through Azure DevOps pipelines, applying engineering standards: version control, peer review, testing, secrets management, logging, and error handling. Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of both Azure and on-premises components (for example servers, storage, and networking). Integrate automations with ServiceNow so requests submitted through custom forms trigger the pipelines and return status to the requester; build the forms or partner with the ServiceNow team to deliver them.
