The role requires a candidate who is comfortable and hands-on with Rockwell (RSLogix/Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal/Step 7) software to diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment.\nSome of your essential duties and responsibilities may include:\nAnalyzing and addressing the root causes of electrical issues to repair complicated electrical equipment.\n\nMaintaining microprocessors, PLC, motor drive, operator interface terminals, and robotic systems by making modifications and installing parts as necessary.\n\nUsing Rockwell (RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal/Step 7) software daily to diagnose faults, monitor program logic, and troubleshoot automated equipment.\n\nReading and using diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering instructions.\n\nRoot Cause Analysis, Breakdown Analysis, Preventative & Preventative & Predictive maintenance activities.\n\n You may fit well into this role if you have:\nExperience troubleshooting Siemens PLC controllers, especially S7-1200/1500 series, using TIA Portal and STEP 7 software for program diagnostics, fault analysis, and online monitoring of ladder, FBD, or STL logic.\n\nExperience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PLC controllers, including ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and MicroLogix platforms, using RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000 software for ladder logic diagnostics, fault identification, and program modifications.\n\nHave a basic knowledge of electronics and electrical theories, including digital circuitry, AC/DC theory, microprocessors, and logic systems.\n\nCan work as a member of a team and communicate technical information to other personnel.\n\nNeed to have exposure to automated controls systems in a high-speed application.\n\nExperience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PLC controllers, including ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and MicroLogix platforms, using RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000 software for ladder logic diagnostics, fault identification, and program modifications.\n\nElectrical Technical School / Military equivalent or 2+ years Industrial Electrical experience.\n\nPrevious Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens Technologies is Preferred.
