solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and develop scalable cloud, data, and AI-enabled solutions aligned with business requirements and measurable outcomes.\n\n- Architect and implement solutions using AWS services across compute, storage, networking, IAM, security, monitoring, orchestration, and serverless/event-driven architectures.\n\n- Design and optimize Snowflake data solutions, including data modelling, SQL performance, data pipelines, access controls, governance, and cost optimization.\n\n- Develop production-grade applications and services using Python and/or Java, following strong software engineering and design principles.\n\n- Build and integrate APIs, data pipelines, cloud services, and enterprise applications.\n\n- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using Amazon Bedrock, including RAG, agent-based architectures, model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements, solution designs, delivery plans, and measurable success criteria.\n\n- Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve development productivity and quality.\n\n- Apply AI-assisted development and evaluation practices, including reusable prompts, automated checks, evaluation loops, and feedback mechanisms.\n\n- Establish and maintain engineering standards covering Git, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, security, observability, and production support.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and long-term resolution.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Security, Risk, Governance, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.\n\n- Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, privacy, regulatory compliance, data governance, and operational resilience.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and contribute to architecture and design reviews.\n\n- Continuously identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, performance, maintainability, and cloud cost efficiency.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, solution engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and its core cloud services.\n\n- Strong expertise in Snowflake, including SQL, data modelling, performance tuning, security, governance, and cost optimization.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.\n\n- Experience building production-grade enterprise applications, data products, or cloud solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of APIs, software architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and DevOps practices.\n\n- Experience working with sensitive enterprise data and implementing appropriate security and governance controls.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, solution design, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and LLM evaluation.\n\n- Experience with vector databases and AI/data architectures.\n\n- Familiarity with AWS serverless and event-driven architectures.\n\n- Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\n\n- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.\n\n- AWS or Snowflake certifications.\n\n- Experience in financial services, banking, or capital markets.\n\n- Understanding of financial data, regulatory requirements,
