This will include:\nLead the execution the Loss Prevention roadmap and driving strategic initiatives.\nDeliver national shrink reduction strategies while ensuring inventory accuracy across Retail\nOversee stocktake and cycle count programs, including monitoring high-risk SKUs and conducting variance analysis\nIdentify root causes of stock discrepancies and provide actionable insights to enhance processes and performance\nDevelop, implement, and maintain Loss Prevention policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks\nLead compliance audits and embed accountability across store teams and leadership\nDevelop reporting and dashboards to track shrink, risk exposure, audit results, and operational performance\nCollaborate cross-functionally to support investigations, store operations, and network-wide initiatives\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\nProven experience in Inventory Management and/or Loss Prevention, ideally within retail, fashion, or multi-site environments\nDemonstrated success in reducing shrink and improving operational compliance\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights\nConfidence in communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders across both store networks and support office functions\nExperience managing incidents, investigations, and liaising with external
