Their work is used to assess opportunities, uncover risks, and gameplan alongside senior leadership.\nIf you are a curious, analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys using numbers to tell a story and guide decisions, you can thrive in this role.\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience, required\n\n3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or business analytics, required\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, required\n\nProven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience working with large datasets and financial systems (e.g., Power BI, ERP tools), strongly preferred\n\nFamiliarity with retail or consumer-facing businesses, preferred\n\nStrong business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset\n\nExperience with coding languages such as SQL, a plus\n\nLocation Requirement\nThis role is located in Tempe, Arizona.
