It employs plus minus 250 permanent employees nationally with branches at Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.\n\nWe are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and motivated Debtors Clerk to join our Finance Department.\n\nPurpose of the Position\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient administration of debtors' accounts, including the processing and allocation of receipts, account adjustments, maintaining accurate financial records and following up on outstanding debtor queries.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Accurately process and allocate debtor payments and receipts.\n\n Process debtor account adjustments and ensure accurate recordkeeping.\n\n Monitor and analyse debtors' age analysis reports.\n\n Investigate and follow up on outstanding debtor balances and account queries.\n\n Maintain an accurate and organised debtors' filing system.\n\n Assist with resolving debtor account discrepancies.\n\n Ensure debtors' records are accurately maintained on the SYSPRO financial system.\n\n Support the Finance Department in meeting reporting deadlines.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n Grade 12 (Matric).\n\n Diploma in Accounting or Finance (minimum requirement).\n\n A BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance will be advantageous.\n\n Knowledge, understanding and practical exposure to the SYSPRO financial module is essential.\n\n Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.\n\n Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\n\nPackage & Remuneration\nMarket related with;
