From conversational AI and automation to content generation and data-driven insights, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of AI-powered products across the platform.\nThis role sits at B2B2C SaaS environment, with proven ownership of at least one AI-based product or feature from ideation to launch.\nStrong understanding of both end-user needs and business goals, with the ability to balance guest experience and operational impact.\nProven track record of leading and delivering complex AI-related features/products end-to-end.\nComfortable defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions and measure product success.\nSolid understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture, with the ability to work closely with engineering and challenge solutions.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and clearly articulate product decisions.\nHands-on experience working in Agile teams with an iterative development approach.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn Duve’s AI domain end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, building products that create measurable value for both guests and hotel partners, across conversational AI, automation, and insights.\nTranslate real user needs and business goals into scalable AI-driven solutions that improve guest experience, increase automation, and drive revenue to hotels.\nWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and R&D to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and bring AI capabilities into real customer workflows.\nLead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving integrations with hotel providers, messaging platforms, and other third-party systems, ensuring reliable and scalable execution.\nDefine success metrics and continuously optimize product performance using data, user feedback, and experimentation.\nAlign stakeholders around clear priorities and product direction, turning ambiguous opportunities into structured, actionable
