This internship will provide opportunities to learn about IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance communication and problem-solving skills.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person \nAssist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues \nResolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed \nHelp maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base \nAssist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking \nProvide friendly and professional support to end-users \nRequirements:\nExpected to graduate by Summer 2028\nA keen interest in technology and IT systems \nBasic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software \nStrong communicationskills and a customer-service mindset \nWillingness to learn and collaborate with a team \n\nCompensation Range: $40.00 per hour\n\nDV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
