DV Group affiliates also include two broker dealers, an introducing broker in commodities, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and several investment advisory firms. \nOverview:\nWe are seeking a senior Vice President / Director - US Futures Sales & Asset Manager Coverage to drive growth across our US futures platform, with a primary focus on expanding relationships with asset managers. This role is designed for a commercially driven professional who can combine strong client connectivity with a strategic, market-facing approach to positioning and distributing futures capabilities.\nYou will work closely with trading, research, and leadership teams to increase visibility, deepen engagement, and grow revenue across asset management clients while maintaining exposure to broader futures markets.\nResponsibilities\nDrive revenue growth across US-listed futures and options, with a focus on asset managers\nDevelop and expand relationships with:\nAsset Managers (macro, fixed income, CTA, systematic)\nSelect hedge funds and institutional investors\nAct as a market-facing ambassador for the firm’s futures capabilities, products, and execution strengths\nPartner with trading teams to position strategies, spreads, basis, rolls, and execution solutions\nIdentify new distribution opportunities and under-penetrated client segments\nCoordinate client outreach, presentations, and targeted marketing initiatives\nRepresent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events\nRequirements:\n8-15+ years of experience in US futures sales, asset manager coverage, or institutional derivatives marketing\nPrior experience at an FCM, bank, asset manager, or futures brokerage\nStrong, existing relationships with asset management firms\nProven ability to grow client engagement, volumes, and revenues\nSolid understanding of:\nUS futures markets (CME and related venues)\nRates, equity index, and/or commodity futures\nClient workflows, margining, and clearing structures\nExperience operating at a VP / Director or equivalent senior level\nBenefits:\nDiscretionary bonus eligibility\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nHSA, FSA, and Dependent Care options\nEmployer Paid Group Term Life and AD&D Insurance\nVoluntary LTD, Life & AD&D insurance\nFlexible vacation policy\nRetirement plan with employer match\nPaid parental leave\nWellness Programs\nAnnual compensation range: Base salary:- $100K - $150K + Industry leading discretionary bonus based on candidate experience and performance\nDV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
