產品負責人密切合作，把平台方向轉化為明確的需求、PRD、開發計畫、驗收標準、技術文件與上市內容，推動產品從概念走到正式發布。\n你是所屬模組的需求與執行收斂窗口，需要整合 RD、SA、FAE、Sales、Marketing 與 BD 的意見，在資訊不完整或需求互相衝突時提出有依據的判斷與建議。涉及平台方向、跨模組優先順序與重大資源取捨時，則與 WEDA 產品負責人共同完成決策。\n這個角色適合已具備軟體、平台或技術專案經驗，希望進一步承擔模組級產品責任的人。你不只是管理 schedule 與 issue，也需要理解客戶問題、參與產品取捨，並對所屬模組的交付品質與市場落地負責。\nKey Responsibilities\n產品規劃與規格定義\n負責所屬產品模組的需求訪談、市場與競品分析，釐清客戶問題、使用情境與產品需求。\n依據 WEDA 整體 Roadmap，評估需求價值、技術成本與相依關係，提出需求進版及優先順序建議。\n獨立完成 PRD（Product Requirement Document），涵蓋問題定義、使用情境、功能範圍、驗收標準與非目標範圍。\n主持規格審查會議，收斂 WEDA 產品負責人、RD、SA 與其他利害關係人的意見，將規格推進至 RD Ready for Handoff。\n維護產品 backlog、規格版本與變更紀錄，確保產品行為、技術文件及 Release 內容一致。\n跨部門開發與Release推進\n負責所屬模組的開發時程與 issue tracking，追蹤各團隊的交付項目、驗收狀態及相依關係。\n主動辨識範圍、時程與技術風險，提出可執行的優先順序、資源或發布範圍調整建議。\n定期與 WEDA 產品負責人檢視進度、風險與待決策事項，確保重大問題能及時獲得處理。\n主導 Feature Freeze 與 Release 前的跨部門確認流程，彙整測試結果、未完成事項與發布風險，提出 Release 建議。\n追蹤產品發布後的使用回饋與問題，將實作發現轉化為下一版 Roadmap 與 backlog 的輸入。\nEdge AI Application規劃與生命週期管理\n規劃 WEDA 應提供的 Edge AI Application，涵蓋 AI 開發環境及可直接部署的應用方案，定義目標使用情境、支援平台、產品價值與優先順序。\n建立 Edge AI Application 從提案、評估、驗證、發布、版本更新到停止維護的生命週期管理流程。\n訂定 Application 的驗收與發布標準，涵蓋功能完整度、硬體相容性、AI 加速器支援、軟體相依版本、部署方式及文件完整度。\n與 RD、SA、SE 及生態系夥伴合作，推動 Application 在不同 Edge AI 硬體平台上的整合、驗證與發布。\n負責第三方 Application 的導入評估與發布審查，確認產品描述與實際能力一致，並釐清研華與合作夥伴之間的品質、維護及技術支援責任。\n蒐集 Application 的使用情況、客戶回饋與維運問題，作為產品組合調整、版本更新與退場決策的依據。\nReference Project與市場落地\n規劃智慧製造、能源管理等垂直領域的 Edge AI Reference Project，定義應用情境、展示重點、技術範圍與驗收標準。\n與 RD、SA 或 SE 團隊合作完成 Demo Site 與 PoC（Proof of Concept），負責範圍界定、資源協調、進度管理與成果驗收。\n將 Reference Project 的實作發現、技術限制與客戶回饋，轉化為產品改善與後續版本規劃。\n協助定義所屬模組的產品定位與價值主張，產出或協作完成 Sales Kit、產品簡報、Release Notes、FAQ 與競品比較。\n支援 FAE、Sales 與 BD 進行客戶需求釐清，將客戶情境轉化為可評估的產品需求或規劃議題。\nQualifications\n3～5 年軟體、平台或 SaaS 產品的 Project Manager、Product Manager、Product Owner 經驗，或具備同等的產品規劃與交付實務。\n具備理解程式邏輯、API、系統架構與軟體相依關係，並能與 RD 討論技術方案、限制及問題定位。\n曾獨立撰寫 PRD 或同等規格文件，能在面試中說明問題定義、方案評估、需求取捨與驗收方式。\n熟悉 Azure DevOps、Jira 或同類工具，能自行維護 backlog、issue、sprint 與開發進度。\n能理解軟體系統、API 與 Cloud／Edge 架構的基本概念，並與 RD 討論功能行為、相依關係與驗收標準。\n具備良好的技術文件撰寫能力，能針對 RD、Sales、合作夥伴與客戶，使用不同方式說明產品。\n具備跨部門協調與衝突收斂能力，能在需求矛盾、資源有限或資訊不完整時推動討論並提出建議。\n英文可作為工作語言，能閱讀英文技術文件、撰寫英文規格與信件，並與海外團隊進行會議溝通。\n能適應快速變動的產品開發環境，持續理解 AI、IoT 與 Edge Computing 的技術變化，並將其轉化為產品判斷。\nPreferred Experience\n具備 AI、IoT、Edge Computing、Developer Platform 或軟體開發框架相關經驗。\n理解 Docker、OCI image、image layering、Kubernetes，以及 Cloud 與 Edge 混合部署的基本概念。\n曾參與容器映像、軟體套件或第三方應用的發布管理，包括上架審查、版本管理與生命週期維護。\n對 NVIDIA Jetson／CUDA、Intel OpenVINO、AMD ROCm、Qualcomm QNN 或 NXP 等 Edge AI 硬體生態有基本認識。\n具備生態系夥伴合作經驗，能協助界定平台方與合作夥伴之間的品質及支援責任。\n曾主導 Reference Project、PoC、NPI 或軟體 Release 流程。\n具備技術文件平台，如 Wiki、Docusaurus
