研華正在招募產品經理，您將負責 ARM Edge AI Systems 產品線的市場策略規劃與產品規格設計，聚焦智慧製造、智慧交通、智慧城市等結合視覺感知與生成式 AI 的邊緣運算應用。依據市場趨勢與區域需求，規劃完整產品路線，打造具差異化優勢的解決方案。
全面主導產品從概念定義到上市的全流程管理，協同研發、業務及海外子公司推動專案，拓展國際市場，提升品牌滲透率與客戶黏著度。若具備相關產業應用經驗，將更能精準連結市場需求與產品價值。
工作職責
- 市場策略與產品規劃：掌握產業新趨勢，定義目標市場與產品規格，規劃差異化產品路線以提升市場競爭力。
- 行銷與推廣：制定並執行新品行銷計劃，攜手區域銷售提升能見度與市佔率，並針對 Robotics、交通監控、工業檢測等產業應用制定解決方案導入策略。
- 專案與產品開發管理：領導 NPI 全流程，包括需求定義、研發協調、試產與上市規劃，並解決開發與量產挑戰，確保產品如期上市。
- 跨部門與組織協作：與研發、業務、採購、製造及海外子公司密切合作，確保專案順利推進並達成目標。
- 成本與供應鏈管理：執行成本分析與毛利預測，維護供應商關係，持續優化成本結構與產品獲利。
技能與資格
- 3 年以上產品管理經驗，具NVIDIA Jetson嵌入式系統產業應用背景者佳。
- 英文（聽/說/讀/寫）能力佳，擅長產品簡報製作、論述講解及商務溝通。
- 熟悉SAP、PLM與Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）等工具。
- 具備優秀的領導力、溝通能力與問題解決技巧，有跨部門專案成功經驗。
- 持有 PMP 證照 或同等專案管理資格者加分。
