schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data workflows (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).\n\n- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering practices.\n\nKey Capabilities : \n\n- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer in a product or enterprise environment.\n\n- Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST API development.\n\n- Strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.\n\n- Strong understanding of architectural patterns including MVC, Microservices, SOA, etc.\n\n- RDBMS experience : MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.\n\n- Strong understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience in the BFSI domain, especially with lending products, will be an added advantage.\n\n- Experience with modern front-end frameworks : React / Angular.\n\n- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Version Control (Git).\n\n-
