support the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of NetSuite ERP solutions, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into effective NetSuite solutions, and support system implementation and enhancement initiatives.\nThis is a hands-on functional consulting role requiring strong NetSuite configuration expertise, a solid understanding of finance and operational processes, and experience supporting the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nKey Responsibilities\nFunctional Consulting & Business Process Analysis\nConduct requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions.\nAnalyze existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with NetSuite best practices.\nMap and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and practical NetSuite solutions.\nProvide functional advice and recommendations to business users on NetSuite capabilities and process improvements.\nNetSuite OTC/O2C & P2P Implementation\nPerform hands-on functional configuration and implementation of NetSuite solutions covering Sales Orders and Order Management, Order Fulfilment and Inventory Management, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR), Customer and Pricing Management, Procurement and Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, Goods Receipt and Vendor Billing, Accounts Payable (AP) and Payment Processes.\nConfigure NetSuite workflows, forms, roles, permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and other functional components.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency using NetSuite functionalities.\nEnsure system configurations align with business requirements, internal controls, approval workflows, and reporting needs.\nSupport NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and system optimization projects.\nSolution Design & Technical Collaboration\nPrepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, configuration specifications, and other functional documentation.\nCollaborate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, and external vendors to deliver effective ERP solutions.\nWork with technical teams on SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, customizations, and automation requirements.\nSupport integration activities between NetSuite and external systems, including CRM, payment platforms, logistics systems, and other business applications.\nAssist with data migration, data validation, and integration testing.\nTroubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to identify and implement appropriate solutions.\nTesting, Deployment & Support\nDevelop functional test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.\nParticipate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.\nCollaborate with business users to validate system functionality and ensure solutions meet operational requirements.\nSupport data migration validation, cutover preparation, deployment, and go-live activities.\nProvide post-go-live functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend corrective actions.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the NetSuite environment.\nMaintain accurate system documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.\nStakeholder Collaboration & User Support\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and provide suitable NetSuite solutions.\nCommunicate functional requirements, system capabilities, and proposed solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nProvide regular updates on assigned tasks, implementation progress, and functional issues.\nFacilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.\nConduct end-user training and provide guidance on NetSuite functionalities and business processes.\nSupport user adoption and ensure effective utilization of NetSuite solutions.\nRequirements\n4+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience covering implementation, enhancement, configuration, and post-go-live support.\nStrong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.\nProven experience participating in end-to-end NetSuite implementation or enhancement projects.\nStrong understanding of Finance and ERP processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), billing, procurement, inventory, and related financial impacts.\nHands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, including SuiteFlow / Workflows, Saved Searches, Reports & Dashboards, Roles & Permissions, Forms and Custom Fields, NetSuite Administration.\nExperience collaborating with technical teams on SuiteScript, integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.\nPractical experience with data migration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nStrong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution-design capabilities.\nAbility to prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.\nGood stakeholder
