This role involves on-site project execution, technical coordination, and ensuring successful implementation of integrated workplace systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport end-to-end project delivery for Workplace Technology Solutions, including AV, IT infrastructure, unified communications, and smart workplace systems \nWork on-site at client locations to oversee installations, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities \nCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery \nAssist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation \nConduct site surveys, assessments, and documentation of technical requirements \nEnsure all installations comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements \nPerform system testing, integration, and user acceptance support (UAT) \nProvide technical support during and post-deployment \nMaintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings and reports \nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions, AV systems, or IT infrastructure projects \n Must have experience working on-site at client locations in a project delivery capacity \nHands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workplace technologies \nGood understanding of networking fundamentals, AV systems, and integrated technologies \nExperience with systems such as video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms), access control, or IoT workplace solutions \nKnowledge of project
