This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and successful deployment of workplace technologies including AV systems, smart office solutions, collaboration platforms, network infrastructure, and digital workplace initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong project management capabilities, technical understanding of workplace technologies, and excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and clients effectively.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, through to project closure. \nLead workplace technology projects involving Audio Visual (AV) systems, Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC), Smart office technologies, Meeting room solutions, Workplace infrastructure upgrades, Digital workplace transformation initiatives or related.\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. \nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports. \nCoordinate internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders. \nMonitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and overall financial performance. \nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. \nManage project risks, issues, escalations, and change requests effectively. \nConduct regular project meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders and leadership. \nEnsure compliance with company standards, workplace safety requirements, and quality assurance processes. \nSupport testing, commissioning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project handover activities. \nDrive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational processes. \nRequirements\n4+ years of project management experience in workplace technology, IT infrastructure, AV integration, or related industries. \nMust have experience working on-site at clients’ locations\nProven track record delivering medium to large-scale technology implementation projects. \nExperience managing external vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams. \nFamiliarity with workplace technology solutions such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco collaboration solutions, AV systems and integration, Network and cabling infrastructure, Smart building technologies, Workplace management platforms or related.\nProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana,
