reliability, and performance of our SaaS platform.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, API testing, defect management, and supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nYou will work closely with Senior QA Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to identify issues, improve test coverage, and ensure high-quality software releases.\nKey Responsibilities\nManual & Automation Testing\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web-based applications.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.\nPerform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.\nIdentify opportunities to improve test automation coverage and testing efficiency.\nInvestigate test failures and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.\nAPI Testing\nPerform API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate functionality, reliability, and system integrations.\nVerify API responses, authentication, error handling, and data accuracy.\nDevelop and maintain API test collections and document testing results.\nIdentify, report, and track API-related defects.\nSIT/UAT & Defect Management\nSupport System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure applications meet business and functional requirements.\nPrepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and relevant testing documentation.\nIdentify, document, track, and retest defects throughout the software development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with developers and stakeholders to investigate issues and verify resolutions.\nConduct regression testing to ensure fixes do not impact existing functionality.\nAgile Collaboration & Quality Improvement\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.\nWork closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Senior QA Engineers to review requirements and acceptance criteria.\nIdentify potential quality risks and edge cases early in the development lifecycle, supporting a Shift-Left testing approach.\nProvide regular updates on testing progress, defect status, and release readiness.\nContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and automation practices.\nRequirements\nAPI Testing: Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools, including validating API responses, authentication, and error handling.\nTest Automation: Practical experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.\nSIT/UAT & Defect Management: Experience supporting SIT/UAT, managing defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.\n 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, covering both manual and automated testing.\nGood understanding of software testing methodologies, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).\nAbility to develop and execute test cases independently, investigate defects, and document findings clearly.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication
