Workplace Technology Solutions to lead and oversee the successful delivery of Audio-Visual (AV), Unified Communications (UC), and workplace technology integration projects.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers, overseeing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving operational excellence across the project delivery function.\nThis role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations and quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Delivery Oversight\nOversee multiple AV/UC and workplace technology integration projects from initiation through implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.\nProvide guidance and supervision to Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\nMonitor overall project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.\nEnsure project deliverables comply with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and customer requirements.\nLead project reviews and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and financial performance.\nEscalate and resolve complex project issues to minimise disruption to project delivery.\nTeam Leadership & People Management\nLead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent project management practices and delivery standards.\nOversee workload distribution and resource allocation across multiple projects.\nConduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.\nSupport Project Managers in resolving project challenges, managing stakeholders, and making critical decisions.\nFoster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.\nIdentify opportunities to improve team productivity, project delivery efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.\nStakeholder & Client Management\nServe as a senior point of escalation for key clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.\nParticipate in key project meetings, progress reviews, and client discussions where senior management involvement is required.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nOversee project budgets, cost control, revenue recognition coordination, and profitability across the project portfolio.\nMonitor project financial performance and work with Project Managers to minimise cost overruns and protect project margins.\nReview and approve project resource plans, procurement requirements, and variation orders within delegated authority.\nIdentify potential commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.\nWork closely with Finance and Commercial teams to monitor project billing milestones, outstanding payments, and financial performance.\nProcess Improvement & Quality Assurance\nEstablish, standardise, and continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.\nEnsure proper project documentation, reporting, risk management, and change control procedures.\nDrive operational improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency, resource utilisation, and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.\nOversee project closure activities, including final documentation, client acceptance, and lessons-learned reviews.\nRequirements\n8+years of project management experience within the AV/UC, systems integration, or workplace technology solutions industry.\nMust have experience working on-site at clients’ locations.\nProven experience leading and managing Project Managers or multidisciplinary project delivery teams.\nExperience with Audio-Visual systems, Unified Communications solutions, video conferencing, and workplace technology integration.\nDemonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects, including budget management, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.\nStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, resolve escalations, and deliver projects within demanding timelines.\nGood commercial awareness, including project costing, profitability, variation management, and contractual obligations.\nExperience with
