The role will support the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively supports sales, revenue, e-commerce, and customer processes.\nYou will work closely with business users to gather requirements, improve workflows, and support day-to-day Salesforce operations across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, quoting, pricing workflows, and revenue-related reporting (Sales & Revenue Cloud).\nSupport e-commerce workflows and integrations using Commerce Cloud.\nAssist with customer support and marketing processes in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.\nAct as the functional point of contact for Salesforce-related support requests from business users.\nWork with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.\nPerform Salesforce configuration, including fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.\nManage user access, profiles, roles, and permission sets.\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity through clean-up, imports, and routine checks.\nAssist with documentation of business processes and system configurations.\nParticipate in testing, deployment, and release support for new Salesforce features or enhancements.\nProvide user training and guidance to help teams effectively utilize Salesforce.\nCollaborate with IT, sales operations, and business teams to support ongoing platform improvements.\nRequirements\nSkills and Qualifications:\nExperience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Salesforce support/functional role.\nGood understanding of Salesforce CRM and core platform functionality.\nExperience with Salesforce configuration (fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards).\nExperience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.\nExposure to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is a plus but not required.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive.\nDVI Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
