This role will be onsite in Sandton.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesign and build scalable Microsoft Fabric and Databricks data platforms\n\nLead SQL modernisation and migration from SQL Server to Fabric/Databricks\n\nBuild ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Python, and SQL\n\nImplement Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Purview governance\n\nDesign lakehouse and medallion architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold)\n\nBuild semantic models and support Power BI reporting\n\nApply Kimball dimensional modelling best practices\n\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices\n\nEssential Skills\nMicrosoft Fabric\n\nDatabricks (Unity Catalog preferred)\n\nSpark / PySpark\n\nSQL Server / T-SQL\n\nDelta Lake / Delta Tables\n\nLakehouse architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)\n\nSemantic modelling / Power BI\n\nKimball dimensional modelling\n\nCI/CD practices\n\nAzure data services (Synapse, ADF, OneLake, Purview)\n\nAWS data platforms (Glue, S3,
