Client Platforms Engineer Intern - Summer 2027

Role Overview:

DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy individual who is interested inlearning aboutIT operations. In this role,you’llassistourteam in delivering excellent support to end-users. This internship will provide opportunities to learn about IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person 
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues 
• Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed 
• Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base 
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking 
• Provide friendly and professional support to end-users 

Requirements:

• Expected to graduate by Summer 2028
• A keen interest in technology and IT systems 
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software 
• Strong communicationskills and a customer-service mindset 
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team 

Compensation Range: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
