Your commitment to Be Outstanding, Do What Matters, Take Care, Stay Curious, and Live the Truth helps make Dweck a great place to work and live.\nIn a typical day, you will:\nCoordinate resident service requests and maintenance communication.\nManage and track work orders, apartment turnovers, scheduled maintenance, and emergency requests.\nKeep residents informed and ensure timely follow-up on maintenance needs.\nCoordinate scheduling and service with vendors.\nOrder and track maintenance supplies, tools, and inventory.\nProcess invoices and maintain maintenance records and reports.\nProvide administrative support to the maintenance team.\nAssist with coordinating apartment turnovers and Rent Ready homes.\nSupport emergency reporting and property safety procedures.\nBuild positive relationships with residents, team members, and vendor partners.\nAs a Dweck Ambassador, you will:\nDeliver an outstanding experience for residents and customers.\nCommunicate clearly, professionally, and thoughtfully.\nBring a positive, collaborative approach to your work.\nStay organized, follow through on commitments, and be a dependable team player.\nWork with integrity and take pride in delivering quality work.\nRequirements\nWe’re looking for:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role;
