The Associate supports project coordination, data migration, operational clean-up, and people transitions while building end-to-end launch experience across multiple acquisitions.\nThe role suits someone highly organised, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, real-world operational environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Launch Delivery & Project Support\nSupport the Launch Manager across all phases of post-acquisition integration projects\nAssist with acquisition onboarding, data migration, and process transitions onto the Dwelly platform\nTrack integration milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables\nMaintain integration plans, timelines, and progress reporting\nMaintain individual integration notion pages and help develop/continuously improve the integration playbooks\nProactively surface risks, blockers, and post-completion issues for resolution\n2. Operational & Administrative Execution\nSupport operational consolidation activities including:Accounting transitions\nOffice and lease exits or mergers\nSystems clean-up and process alignment\n\nEnsure integration checklists are fully completed across all functional areas\nAssist in monitoring early performance KPIs and operational health of acquired businesses\n3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination\nAct as a central coordination point between:Launch Manager\nFunctional workstream leads (ops, finance, people, tech)\nLocal acquired business teams\n\nPrepare documentation, status updates, and risk logs\nSupport smooth communication to minimise disruption during integration periods\n4.People Transition Support\nAssist with employee onboarding into Dwelly\nSupport off-boarding processes where required in a respectful, structured manner\nHelp ensure culture, morale, and clarity during periods of operational change\n5. On-Site Launch Support\nTravel regularly to acquired business locations across the UK (Likely to be minimum 1 day, maximum 3 days during periods of significant change).\nProvide hands-on support during critical integration phases\nBuild strong relationships with local teams to ensure execution success\n Qualifications & Preferred Background:\nExperience in operations, project coordination, business operations, or fast-paced startup environments\nExposure to M&A integrations, multi-site environments, or process transitions is a strong plus\nSkills: Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented - must be extremely structured.
