DWELT, member of ASEE group, is a software platform tech provider for the utility sector, proudly holding the title of the fastest growing IT company in Bosnia & Herzegovina. We are a team of about 60 people, out of which 50 are software developers in two development centers, in Banja Luka and Sarajevo.

Opis posla

•  Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable software applications

•  Design, implement, and optimize databases to ensure performance and reliability

•  Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities

•  Translate business requirements into efficient and maintainable technical solutions

•  Provide technical guidance and actively contribute to solution design

•  Prepare and maintain clear and structured technical documentation

•  Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards

•  Contribute to backlog prioritization, estimation, and refinement of business requirements

•  Continuously improve client-facing solutions as well as internal systems and processes

•  Develop and execute tests to ensure code quality and system stability

•  Implement security best practices to protect data and systems

•  Collaborate closely with frontend and database developers, project managers, and other stakeholders

•  Research new and existing technologies and propose innovative improvements

•  Take ownership of assigned tasks, timelines, and delivery.

Kvalifikacije

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Senior: 5+ years of experience in software development

• Medior: 3+ years of experience in software development

• Strong experience with .NET/C# and backend development

• Solid experience with databases and system integrations

• Knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.
