For this role, you will be supporting the team in performing validation and control function as well as Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement, Balance Sheet Substantiation process (BSS), Management reporting, including ad hoc reporting and requests. You will also support the Asset Management business. It is critical in ensuring that the sub-ledger systems and subsequent reporting platforms are accurate, complete, and timely released through performance of reasonableness check, trending analysis, exception management and understanding of control environment. You can expect a structured training process from our knowledge experts. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role\nYour key responsibilities\nPerform and review finance and accounting processes specifically on revenue and investments including but not limited to Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement.\nHandle analysis, commentaries, investigations required for the Balance Sheet Substantiation process (BSS) and Flash process.\nHandle Management reporting process and other ad-hoc reporting requirements\nProvide support for internal and external audit requests\nSupport delivery of Project requirements\nHandle, resolve operational issues and concerns, and manage expectations of stakeholders.\nPartner with peers to ensure all deadlines are met within acceptable timelines\nYour skills and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or Finance-related equivalents with Accounting courses\nExperience in financial and management reporting or analysis of financial data gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be beneficial\nCombined analytical and problem-solving skills\nA team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently\nKnowledge of SAP system is an advantage\nProficient in MS Excel\nProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.\nStrong stakeholder management\nFamiliarity on AI-assisted productivity tools i.e. MS Copilot\nHow we’ll support you\nTraining and development to help you excel in your career\nCoaching and support from experts in your team\nA culture of continuous learning to aid progression\nWhat we’ll offer you:\nAt DWS we’re serious about diversity, equity and creating an inclusive culture where colleagues can be themselves and it’s important to us that you enjoy coming to work - feeling healthy, happy, and rewarded.
