These positions operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, inspect products, complete production records, and support safety, quality, and productivity goals.\nRequirements\nMachine Operator - Wire/Respool\nOperates wire-processing equipment, including respool, taping, wrapping, braiding, NEB, and Wardwell machines.\nTraining and Shift: This position trains on 1st shift for the first 6 months and then moves to 3rd shift.\nKey Responsibilities\nRead work orders and set up wire-processing equipment.\nAdjust speed, tension, wire length, and spool size.\nLoad and thread wire reels using appropriate lifting equipment.\nInspect wire and verify sizes using micrometers and Acromag equipment.\nIdentify defects and complete production records and finished-goods tags.\nPerform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.\nFollow safety, quality, 5S, and Lean procedures.\nAssist with training entry-level operators after 6 months of service.\nTrain on additional equipment to prepare for advancement to Machine Operator II.\nAdditional Requirements\nKnowledge of wire, metal types, calibration, and color codes.\nAbility to lift 35 lbs. unassisted and handle up to 100 lbs. with a lifting device.\nAbility to train on 1st shift for 6 months and transition to 3rd shift.\nMachine Operator -
