This role partners with plant operations and corporate finance leadership to drive accurate forecasting, disciplined cost management, and sound financial decision-making, while leading a team of accounting and finance professionals.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nManage and grow a high-performing team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and development.\nServe as the plant's finance and accounting leader\nManage and drive a timely and accurate monthly closing process \nAnalyze and articulate business performance versus expected results to plant and finance leadership.\nDrive cash flow improvements within the accounts payable process.\nDrive cost accounting and standard cost improvements at the manufacturing plant.\nEnsure adherence to internal controls, GAAP, and corporate accounting policies.\nOversee timely and accurate account reconciliations, ensuring balance sheet integrity and prompt resolution of discrepancies.\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring timely, accurate responses and effective remediation of findings.\nSupport annual budgeting and standard cost-setting processes.\nPartner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and plant management to support business decisions with financial insight.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\n10-15+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
