This position supports the assembly, calibration, and testing of subassemblies and finished products in a fast-paced production environment. The role spans multiple skill levels (II-V), with responsibilities and compensation aligned to experience, technical skill, and demonstrated performance.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssemble, calibrate, and test products using work instructions, BOMs, drawings, and samples\nUse hand and power tools, test equipment, and basic production machinery\nFollow all safety, quality, and labor standards\nInspect work to ensure conformance to quality requirements\nIdentify and communicate production, quality, or equipment issues\nAccurately record time, attendance, and production data\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas\nCollaborate with team members to meet production goals\nLevel Progression (Based on Skills & Experience)\nLevel II: Learn assembly and testing processes under routine supervision\nLevel III: Work independently across multiple product configurations; troubleshoot routine issues\nLevel IV: Perform complex assembly, calibration, testing, and soldering; consistently meet productivity and quality KPIs\nLevel V: Serve as a technical expert; train others, perform final inspections, and operate critical equipment\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nManufacturing or assembly experience (level determined by experience and demonstrated skills)\nMechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\nSoldering skills or certification may be required at advanced levels\nAbility to work independently at higher levels\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand or sit for extended periods\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance (role dependent)\nAbility to perform repetitive motions, count, sort, and use scanners or handheld devices\nAbility to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nWe believe in transparent and equitable pay.
