This position supports the assembly, calibration, and testing of subassemblies and finished products in a fast-paced production environment. The role spans multiple skill levels (II-V), with responsibilities and compensation aligned to experience, technical skill, and demonstrated performance.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssemble, calibrate, and test products using work instructions, BOMs, drawings, and samples\nUse hand and power tools, test equipment, and basic production machinery\nFollow all safety, quality, and labor standards\nInspect work to ensure conformance to quality requirements\nIdentify and communicate production, quality, or equipment issues\nAccurately record time, attendance, and production data\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas\nCollaborate with team members to meet production goals\nLevel Progression (Based on Skills & Experience)\nAssembler I: Learns basic assembly operations in 1-2 product areas under direct supervision \nAssembler II: Demonstrates improved efficiency, consistency, and task independence \nAssembler III: Performs moderate assembly/testing across multiple areas with minimal instruction; obtains solder certification \nAssembler IV: Expert in all cell operations; works independently and trains new employees \nAssembler V: Leads critical operations, troubleshoots equipment/product issues, and mentors team members; minimum \nRequirements\nRequired Skills / Experience / Equipment Operation:\nMust be 18 years of age.\nMust be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US issued by the Department of Homeland Security.\nMinimum of 3 months of service.\nPhysical/Mental Essential Functions:\nAble to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time\nAble to read/speak in English and follow verbal/written instructions\nAble to count and sort\nAble to interact/communicate with respect of fellow co-workers and management\nAble to push/pull and reach above shoulders\nAble to control operation of hand and/or foot\nAble to turn wrist frequently in a repetitive motion\nAble to lift/carry up to 10 pounds\nWe believe in transparent and equitable pay.
